Lauren Yaconis is the founder of Herefully. She spent the last decade working in corporate marketing and business development for large financial institutions and AmLaw100 law firms. After noticing that many professionals were facing high levels of stress, dissatisfaction in the workplace, and burnout, she set out to help teams combat these detractors through corporate wellness programing. Lauren founded Herefully in 2024 with the vision to create a corporate world led with love. 

Lauren received her BA, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University in 2014. She completed her 200-hour teacher training from New Love City (Brooklyn, NY) in May 2021 and completed the Dharma Yoga (Austin, TX) teacher training in March 2023.
